Through the third-party entities act as your legal proxy as consignee, handling all customs clearance, tax payments, and compliance responsibilities on your behalf.

Q : How to Import IT, Networking & Data Centre Equipment as FOC basis Into Bangladesh without a commercial transaction ?

Ans: To import FOC (Free of Charge) IT and networking equipment into Bangladesh without a commercial transaction, you must obtain an approval from the Ministry of Commerce (MoC). Because there is no remittance, you must file a customs declaration with a shipping invoice , value declared for “customs purpose only”
